For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. In addition our patients can apply for CareCredit, which offer no interest payment plans. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us by phone. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Patients without Dental Insurance
Fees are due in Full at the time of service. In treatment that involves multiple appointments, payments may be divided equally among your visits. However all services must be paid in full at the time of completion of treatment.
Patients with Dental Insurance
We participate with Delta Dental, Cigna, Liberty, Premier Access and Met Life. Our office does accept assignment of insurance benefits provided coverage has been verified. Patient estimated co-payments are due at the time of service. All quotes given from insurance companies are estimates and not a gurantee of payment. Patients are responsible for any remaining balance after insurance payment is received.
Fees are payable by cash, check, credit card, Citi Health Card or Care Credit at the time of service.
